This stewpot is made from a 2.5 mm thick material combination: 1.8 mm of solid copper, known for its excellent thermal conductivity, combined with a 0.2 mm layer of 18/8 stainless steel. Additionally, a 0.5 mm thick layer of ferritic steel in the base provides induction compatibility. This construction ensures even heat distribution and allows for precise cooking.
With a capacity of 4.65 liters and a height of 11 cm, the pot is ideal for preparing braises, soups, or stews. The stainless steel handles remain pleasantly cool during cooking and provide a secure grip. Thanks to the high-quality materials, the pot is suitable for all hob types, including induction, and can also be used in the oven.
The satin-finished copper surface not only gives the pot an elegant appearance but also makes it easier to care for. Copper develops a natural patina over time, which enhances the character of the cookware. If you prefer the original shine, it can be easily restored with a suitable copper polish.
