This saucepan is made from a 2.5 mm thick material combination: 2.3 mm of solid copper provide excellent heat conduction and distribution, while the 0.2 mm stainless steel inner layer offers a durable, flavor-neutral cooking surface. The exterior features an easy-care, satin-finished copper surface that gives the pot an elegant appearance.
The ergonomically shaped polished stainless steel handles stay pleasantly cool during cooking and provide a secure grip. Thanks to its innovative construction, the saucepan is suitable for all stovetops, including induction. It is also oven-safe up to 280°C, giving you versatile cooking options.
