Diese Pfanne kombiniert die exzellente Wärmeleitfähigkeit von Kupfer mit den hygienischen Vorteilen von Edelstahl. Der 2,5 mm starke Boden besteht aus 2,3 mm Kupfer und einer 0,2 mm dicken Edelstahlschicht, was eine gleichmäßige Hitzeverteilung und präzise Temperaturkontrolle ermöglicht.
