This saucepan features a curved shape that makes stirring and whisking easier. This makes it particularly suitable for preparing sauces and creams that include cream or egg. The high rim is ideal for larger-volume sauces, such as the classic Sauce Mousseline.
Made from 2 mm thick material, consisting of 1.8 mm solid copper and a thin layer of austenitic stainless steel, the pan offers excellent heat conduction and distribution. This allows precise temperature control and even cooking. The satin-finished surface of the copper reduces maintenance and gives the pan a modern appearance.
The ergonomically shaped handle made of polished stainless steel stays cool during cooking and ensures safe handling. Thanks to Falk Culinair’s innovative technology, this saucepan is suitable for all types of cooktops, including induction. It is also oven-safe up to 280°C.
With a diameter of 24 cm and a height of 8.1 cm, the pan has a capacity of 3.19 liters, ideal for preparing sauces, soups, or smaller stews. The total length including the handle is 45.5 cm, providing comfortable handling.
