If you are looking for a versatile, high-quality saucepan to support your culinary skills, the Falk Culinair Signature 2.0 long-handled casserole with a 24 cm diameter is exactly right for you. With a capacity of 4.65 liters, it is ideal for preparing soups, stews, or braising meats.
The casserole is made from 1.8 mm thick, solid copper, known for its excellent heat conductivity. This allows for even heat distribution and precise temperature control, so your dishes always turn out perfectly. The interior is lined with a 0.2 mm layer of 18/8 stainless steel, which ensures durability and makes cleaning easier. In addition, the base contains a 0.5 mm thick layer of ferritic steel, making the pot suitable for induction cooktops as well.
The ergonomically shaped stainless steel handles remain pleasantly cool during cooking and provide a secure grip. With a height of 11 cm and a width of 34.4 cm including handles, the casserole is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. It is suitable for all hob types, including induction, and can be used in the oven at temperatures up to 280°C.
The satin-finished copper surface gives the casserole an elegant appearance and reduces maintenance compared to polished copper.
