This saucepan is characterized by its curved shape, specially designed to make whisking easier. It is therefore ideal for preparing sauces and creams, especially those containing cream or egg. The high rim is particularly practical for larger-volume sauces, such as the classic Sauce Mousseline.
Made from 2.5 mm thick copper with a hygienic stainless steel inner layer, the pan offers optimal heat conduction and retention. This allows for precise temperature control, which is especially beneficial for delicate sauces. The modern, hollow handles made of polished stainless steel stay cool during cooking and ensure safe handling.
With a capacity of 2.55 liters and a height of 10.1 cm, this saucepan is versatile.
