Gefertigt aus hochwertigem Kupfer mit einer 0,2 mm starken Edelstahl-Innenauskleidung, bietet der Deckel eine hervorragende Wärmeleitung und gleichmäßige Hitzeverteilung. Der ergonomisch geformte Griff aus Gusseisen ist fest mit Edelstahlnieten befestigt, was für eine sichere Handhabung sorgt.
