This braising pot is made from a 2.5 mm thick combination of materials: 2.3 mm of solid copper provides excellent thermal conductivity and even heat distribution, while the 0.2 mm stainless steel layer on the inside offers a durable, food-safe surface. The satin-finished copper exterior not only gives the pot a refined look but is also easy to maintain.
The modern hollow stainless steel handles stay pleasantly cool during cooking and allow for secure handling. Thanks to the innovative construction, the braising pot is suitable for all types of stovetops, including induction, and can also be used in the oven.
