If you love making jams, jellies or syrups, the Falk Culinair Signature 2.0 jam pan with a 28 cm diameter is perfect for you. This high-quality pan combines traditional copper with modern design and functionality.
The pan is made from 2 mm thick copper, known for its excellent heat conductivity. This allows the pan to heat evenly and quickly, enabling precise cooking and minimizing the risk of burning. Copper ions also interact positively with the sulfur compounds in fruit, so your preserves retain their natural, vibrant color and require less sugar to set.
A special feature of the Signature 2.0 series is the hollow stainless steel handles, which not only look modern but also remain pleasantly cool during cooking. Thanks to Falk Culinair’s innovative technology, this jam pan is suitable for all types of cooktops, including induction. The satin-finished copper surface not only gives the pan an elegant appearance but also makes it easier to care for.
With a capacity of 6 liters, the pan offers enough space for larger quantities of your favorite jams. The height of 12 cm and the total length including handles of 36 cm ensure comfortable handling.
