If you are looking for a high-quality ham knife that impresses both with functionality and a unique design, the Güde Alpha Fasseiche ham knife with a blade length of 26 cm is exactly right for you.
The hand-forged blade made of chrome-vanadium-molybdenum steel is crafted from a single piece, ice-hardened and carefully sharpened by hand. With a hardness of 56 HRC it offers an optimal balance between edge retention and ease of re-sharpening. The slim, tapering blade allows for precise cuts, ideal for carving ham, roasts or for filleting fish.
A special highlight of this knife are the handle scales made from oak wood derived from wine barrels over 80 years old. Due to the long aging process the wood is particularly robust and gives the knife a unique appearance. The rivets are made of stainless steel, while the middle rivet is made of aluminium and bears Güde’s characteristic palm logo.
Please note that knives with wooden handles are not suitable for the dishwasher. To ensure the longevity of your knife, it is recommended to clean it by hand after use and dry it thoroughly.
With the Güde Alpha Fasseiche ham knife you will receive a handcrafted one-off piece that combines traditional forging craftsmanship with noble materials and will serve you faithfully when preparing a wide variety of dishes.
