Single-sided right sharpened Deba with a blade length of 10.5 cm

Deba knives are traditional Japanese filleting knives. The back part of the blade is used to cut through soft bones and fish bones, while the front part is used for cutting.

The blade is made of Cromova 18 steel with a hardness of 59(±1) HRC. Unlike regular Global knives, the blades of the Bunmei series are finely sharpened, making them sharper.

The handle of the Bunmei series is made of Honoki wood, a light Japanese magnolia wood with fine grain. The handle of this knife is in the shape of a chestnut. The transition between the handle and the blade is marked by a plastic bolster.
