Crepe pans with non-stick coating/aluminum
- Flat crepe pan with a diameter of 26 cm at the top edge and a base area of 18 cm with a height of 2.5 cm. The Lyonnaise shape with slanted side walls makes it easy to flip and remove pancakes & crepes.
- The wall thickness ensures very high stability & deformation resistance. With aluminum as a heat conductor, the pans heat up very quickly & evenly.
- To extend the lifespan, you should avoid using metallic or sharp-edged turners with all non-stick coatings and not heat the pans empty or overheat them.
- You should clean the pans by hand. It's faster anyway and extends the lifespan of the non-stick coating many times over.
- It is usable on all types of stoves, including induction.
Crepe pans made of iron with beeswax coating
- The large crepe pan has a diameter of 30 cm at the top edge, a base area of 26 cm, and a height of 1.5 cm. The low height makes it easy to fold and flip crepes and pancakes.
- The pan is made of forged iron with a wall thickness of 2.5 mm, heats up quickly, and reaches high temperatures. Usable on all types of stoves, including induction. For dishes that should be fried crispy and crunchy, iron pans are the perfect choice. After seasoning, a dark patina forms on the surface, which intensifies with each use and functions like a natural non-stick coating. The more often you use the pan, the better the result.
- You can securely hold the pan with the riveted handle made of strip steel. The handle only heats up near the body, but only slightly at the end of the handle, so you can touch the pan at the handle piece at any time.
