Güde Kappa Colorful Cutting Knife 9 cm - Blade and Handle made of CVM Steel
2 in 1, that's the color cutter. But what is a color cutter used for? On the one hand, the color cutter is a classic vegetable knife with a straight blade. With the sharpened serrations on the back of the blade, you can also cut fruit, vegetables, and butter into wavy strips.
The Kappa color cutter has a 9 cm long and almost straight tapered blade made of rust-free and hand-ground chrome-vanadium-molybdenum knife steel. The hand-ground serrations are incorporated on the back of the blade.
Güde knives are hand-forged from a single piece of chrome-vanadium-molybdenum steel, from the tip of the blade to the double bolster. The double bolster, a special feature of Güde knives, provides a counterweight to the blade. The knife is perfectly balanced. The special steel blend and the elaborate manufacturing process with over 30 manual steps give the rust-free blades with a hardness of approximately 58 HRC a special robustness and durability.
The blade and handle are made of a single piece of steel. The extremely hygienic handle with its smooth polished surface fits perfectly and securely in the hand. Due to the full metal construction, the knives offer a unique weight distribution and balance.
