Large pieces of meat are difficult to lift with pliers, for which you need a meat fork. With the sharpened prongs, you can skewer the meat and easily carry/lift/move it to the desired location.
The Kappa meat fork has 16 cm long, sharpened prongs made of chrome-vanadium-molybdenum knife steel. The high-quality steel was used so that the prongs do not bend when lifting and remain sharp permanently.
Güde knives are hand-forged from a single piece of chrome-vanadium-molybdenum steel, from the blade tip to the double bolster. The double bolster, a special feature of Güde knives, provides a counterweight to the blade. The knife is perfectly balanced. The special steel blend and the elaborate manufacturing process with over 30 manual steps give the rust-free blades with a hardness of approx. 58 HRC a special robustness and durability.
The blade and handle are made of a single piece of steel. The extremely hygienic handle with the smooth polished surface fits perfectly and securely in the hand. Due to the full metal construction, the knives offer a unique weight distribution and balance.
