Especially larger pieces are difficult to lift with tongs, for this you need a meat fork. With the sharpened prongs, you can skewer the meat and easily carry/lift/hoist it to the desired place.
The Kappa meat fork has 16 cm long, sharpened prongs made of chrome-vanadium-molybdenum knife steel. The high-quality steel was used to ensure that the prongs do not bend when lifting and remain permanently sharp.
Güde knives are hand-forged from a single piece of chrome-vanadium-molybdenum steel, from the tip of the blade to the double bolster. The double bolster, a special feature of Güde knives, acts as a counterbalance to the blade. The knife is perfectly balanced. The special mixture of the steel and the elaborate manufacturing process with over 30 manual steps give the stainless blades with a hardness of about 58 HRC a special robustness and longevity.
Blade & handle are made from a single piece of steel. The extremely hygienic handle with the smoothly polished surface fits optimally and securely in the hand. Due to the full metal construction, the knives offer a unique weight distribution and balance.
