With its 31 cm long, flexible blade made of Cromova 18 steel, it glides effortlessly through the delicate meat without crushing or damaging it.

The blade features a hardness of 58 HRC, ensuring long-lasting sharpness. The double-sided grind allows for precise cuts in both directions. Additionally, the obliquely ground dimples reduce friction and prevent the food from sticking to the blade.

The ergonomically designed stainless steel handle is filled with sand to ensure optimal balance. The small, black lacquered indentations on the handle provide a secure grip, even when your hands are wet. The seamless transition between the blade and handle meets the highest hygiene standards and makes cleaning easier.
