Details

With the Global G-8 ham knife, you master the precise cutting of ham, roast beef, and other roasts. The 22 cm long blade made of Cromova 18 steel allows you to cut wafer-thin slices without tearing or crushing the meat. This way, the full flavor is preserved.

The ergonomically shaped stainless steel handle is filled with sand, ensuring optimal balance. The characteristic black dots on the handle provide a secure grip even with wet hands. Weighing 155 g, the knife feels light in the hand and allows for fatigue-free work.

The blade is double-edged and hardened to 58±1 HRC, ensuring long-lasting sharpness and robustness. Please note that the knife is not suitable for chopping bones or frozen foods. For maintenance, we recommend hand washing and sharpening with a whetstone or ceramic rod.
