Details

If you are looking for a versatile and precise chef's knife, the Global G-55 with its 18 cm long blade is an excellent choice. It is perfect for cutting meat, fish, fruits, and vegetables and supports you with various cutting techniques.

The blade is made of high-quality Cromova 18 steel, known for its hardness and corrosion resistance. With a hardness of 58±1 HRC, the edge remains sharp for a long time while being flexible enough for precise cuts. The double-sided grind allows for consistent cutting performance, regardless of the preferred hand.

The seamless transition between the blade and handle ensures optimal hygiene and prevents residue buildup. The ergonomically shaped stainless steel handle is filled with sand, providing perfect balance and comfortable handling. The characteristic black dimples on the handle offer additional grip, even with wet hands.

Weighing approximately 160 g, the knife feels light in the hand and allows for fatigue-free work, even during longer preparations. The blade height of 3.9 cm provides ample space between the blade and knuckles, enhancing safety and control while cutting.

Please note that the Global G-55 chef's knife is not dishwasher safe. It should be hand-washed with mild detergent and dried immediately after use to maintain the longevity and sharpness of the blade.
