Details

Do you want to carve meat and fish precisely? The Global G-3 carving knife with a blade length of 21 cm is ideal for this. The blade made of Cromova 18 steel offers a hardness of 58±1 HRC, ensuring long-lasting sharpness and durability. The double-edged blade allows for precise cuts, whether filleting fish or portioning meat.

The seamless transition between the blade and handle ensures hygienic handling. The ergonomically shaped stainless steel handle is filled with sand to achieve optimal balance. The small, black lacquered indentations on the handle provide a secure grip even with wet hands.

With a weight of 164 g and a blade thickness of 2.0 mm, the knife feels light in the hand and allows for fatigue-free work. The blade height of 4.1 cm provides sufficient distance between the hand and the cutting board, increasing safety.

Whether you're carving a roast or slicing salmon into fine pieces, the Global G-3 carving knife supports you with precision and comfort.
