With the Global G-65 ham and salmon knife, you can effortlessly cut wafer-thin slices of salmon, ham, and other fine meats. The 27 cm long blade made of Cromova 18 steel offers exceptional sharpness and durability. The hardness level of 58±1 HRC ensures a long-lasting edge and allows for precise cuts without much effort.

The blade is equipped with hollow ground indentations, small grooves along the edge that reduce food sticking. This significantly eases the cutting of delicate ingredients like salmon or ham. The double-edged blade allows for versatile use and is suitable for both right- and left-handed users.

The ergonomically designed stainless steel handle is filled with sand to ensure optimal balance. The small, black lacquered indentations on the handle provide a secure grip, even with wet hands. The seamless transition between blade and handle meets the highest hygiene standards and facilitates cleaning.
