The blade of this knife is made from high-quality Cromova 18 steel, known for its sharpness and corrosion resistance. With a hardness of 58 HRC, the blade offers an optimal balance between sharpness and durability. The double-edged blade allows for precise cuts and makes the knife equally suitable for both left- and right-handed users.

The ergonomically designed stainless steel handle is filled with sand to ensure perfect balance. The small, black lacquered indentations provide a secure grip, even when your hands are wet. The seamless transition between blade and handle makes cleaning easier and meets the highest hygiene standards.

With this knife, you can effortlessly cut meat, fish, fruits, and vegetables. The rounded tip increases safety during handling without compromising functionality.
