Are you looking for a versatile knife that can assist you with demanding cutting tasks? The Global G-59 slicer with a blade length of 35 cm is just right for you. Whether you want to cut large pieces of meat, ham, melons, pumpkins, cabbage, or cheese – this knife tackles every challenge.

The blade made of high-quality Cromova 18 steel is characterized by its hardness and corrosion resistance. With a hardness of 58±1 HRC, it remains sharp for a long time and is still easy to resharpen. The double-sided edge allows for precise cuts in both directions, which is particularly advantageous for fine work.

A special feature of the G-59 is the hollow edge: vertically ground hollows reduce friction resistance and prevent food from sticking to the blade. This allows you to achieve even and clean cuts, even with sticky or moist ingredients.

The ergonomically shaped stainless steel handle is filled with sand to ensure optimal balance. The small, black lacquered indentations provide a secure grip, even when your hands are wet. The seamless transition between blade and handle meets the highest hygiene standards and facilitates cleaning.

With an overall length of 47.5 cm and a weight of 243 g, the knife is well-balanced in the hand and allows for fatigue-free work. The blade height of 3.6 cm provides ample space for the knuckles and enables safe guidance of the knife.

Please note that this knife is not suitable for chopping bones, cartilage, or frozen foods. For maintenance, we recommend hand washing and regular resharpening with an appropriate sharpening tool to maintain the knife's optimal sharpness and longevity.
