Details

With the Global G-16 chef's knife with a 24 cm blade length, you have a versatile tool for your kitchen. Whether you're slicing vegetables like zucchini and carrots or preparing meat and fish, this knife reliably supports you.

The blade is made of high-quality Cromova 18 steel and is double-edged, ensuring precise and clean cuts. With a hardness of 58 HRC, the edge remains sharp for a long time and is still easy to resharpen. The thin spine allows for fine cuts, while the blade height of 4.6 cm provides enough space for your knuckles to work safely and comfortably.

The seamless transition between the blade and handle ensures hygienic handling. The ergonomically shaped stainless steel handle is filled with sand, giving the knife optimal balance. The characteristic black dimples on the handle provide a secure grip even with wet hands.

Please note that this knife is not dishwasher safe. Therefore, clean it by hand and dry it immediately to maintain its quality and longevity. Use a whetstone or ceramic honing rod to maintain optimal sharpness.
