The blade is made of high-quality Cromova 18 steel, known for its hardness and corrosion resistance. With a hardness of 58±1 HRC, the edge remains sharp for a long time and is easy to resharpen if necessary. The vertically ground dimples on the blade reduce the adhesion of the cut material, allowing you to work effortlessly.

The seamless transition between the blade and handle ensures optimal hygiene and easy cleaning. The ergonomically shaped stainless steel handle is filled with sand, providing perfect balance and comfortable handling. The characteristic black dots on the handle offer additional grip, even with wet hands.
