If you are looking for a versatile kitchen knife that combines precision and durability, the Global G-57 Santoku knife with a blade length of 16 cm is an excellent choice. This knife, made from high-quality Cromova 18 steel, is characterized by its exceptional sharpness and robustness. With a hardness of 58±1 HRC, the blade remains sharp even with regular use and is easy to sharpen when needed.

The classic Santoku shape, often referred to as the Japanese counterpart to the European chef's knife, is ideal for a variety of cutting tasks. Whether you want to finely chop vegetables, precisely cut meat, or fillet fish – this knife effortlessly masters all these tasks. The wide blade with a thin spine allows for precise guidance and control.

A special feature of the G-57 is the seamless transition between the blade and the handle. The ergonomically shaped stainless steel handle is filled with sand for optimal balance and features small, black lacquered indentations. These provide a secure grip, even when your hands are wet, and allow for fatigue-free work.

The G-series from Global includes a variety of knives that differ in blade shape, length, and weight, so that almost every wish and preference can be fulfilled.
