If you are looking for a high-quality filleting knife that combines precision and flexibility, the Global G-18 is the ideal choice. With its 24 cm long, flexible blade made of Cromova 18 steel, it allows you to fillet fish and meat effortlessly and precisely.

The blade is characterized by its exceptional sharpness and durability. Thanks to the double-edged grind, you can make fine cuts that make filleting fish like salmon or trout and removing tendons from meat easier. The flexibility of the blade allows you to cut closely along bones to achieve maximum yield.

The ergonomically designed stainless steel handle fits comfortably in the hand and ensures optimal balance. Small, black lacquered indentations on the handle provide additional grip, even when your hands are wet. For perfect balance, the handle is filled with sand, making working with the knife even more comfortable.

With a hardness of 58±1 HRC, the Global G-18 offers a long service life and is easy to sharpen if necessary. It is important to clean the knife by hand and not wash it in the dishwasher to maintain the quality and sharpness of the blade in the long term.
