If you are looking for a versatile kitchen knife suitable for meat, fish, and vegetables, then the Global G-46 Santoku with an 18 cm blade length is an excellent choice. This knife combines traditional Japanese craftsmanship with modern design and functionality.

The blade is made of high-quality Cromova 18 steel, known for its hardness and corrosion resistance. With a hardness of 58±1 HRC, the edge remains sharp for a long time and is resistant to wear. The double-sided grind allows for precise and clean cuts, ideal for fine cutting tasks such as chopping herbs or filleting fish.

The seamless transition between the blade and handle ensures hygienic handling, as no dirt particles can get trapped in crevices. The ergonomically shaped stainless steel handle feels comfortable in the hand and is filled with sand for optimal balance. The characteristic black dots on the handle provide additional grip, even with wet hands.

With its balanced weight and sharp blade, the Global G-46 Santoku allows for fatigue-free work, even during longer preparations. Whether you are slicing vegetables into fine strips, portioning meat, or filleting fish – this knife reliably supports you in a variety of kitchen tasks.

Please note that the knife is not dishwasher safe. To maintain the sharpness and longevity of the blade, it is recommended to clean the knife by hand after use and dry it immediately.
