If you are looking for a precise tool for deboning meat, the Global G-21 boning knife with its 16 cm long, flexible blade is the ideal choice. The narrow, flexible blade allows you to effortlessly separate meat from bones and remove tendons and skins. This is particularly helpful when disassembling poultry or filleting fish.

The blade is made of high-quality Cromova 18 steel, known for its hardness and corrosion resistance. With a hardness of 58±1 HRC, the edge remains sharp for a long time and is resistant to external influences. The double-sided grind ensures precise cutting performance, regardless of whether you are right- or left-handed.

The seamless transition between blade and handle ensures hygienic handling, as no dirt particles can settle in joints or crevices. The ergonomically shaped stainless steel handle is filled with sand, providing optimal balance and allowing fatigue-free work. The small, black lacquered indentations on the handle offer additional grip, even when your hands are wet.
