If you are looking for a versatile and precise kitchen tool, the Global G-49/B Chinese Chop Knife with a blade length of 18 cm is an excellent choice. This knife is perfect for preparing vegetables, meat, and fish, and its wide blade allows for efficient work.

The blade is made of high-quality Cromova 18 steel and has a hardness of 58±1 HRC. This ensures long-lasting sharpness and durability. With a blade thickness of 2.5 mm and a weight of 400 g, the knife feels comfortable in the hand and allows for precise cuts. The double-sided edge of the blade makes cutting and chopping in both directions easier.

The ergonomically shaped stainless steel handle is filled with sand to ensure optimal balance. The characteristic dimples in the handle provide a secure and non-slip grip, even with wet hands. The seamless connection between the blade and handle ensures maximum hygiene and makes cleaning easier.

Please note that this knife is not suitable for chopping bones or frozen foods. For maintenance, it is recommended to hand wash the knife and dry it immediately. Diamond or ceramic rods, as well as sharpening stones with a grit of 1000 or higher, are suitable for resharpening.
