The blade is made of high-quality Cromova 18 steel, known for its hardness and corrosion resistance. With a blade thickness of 4 mm and a weight of 520 g, the knife feels good in the hand and provides the necessary stability for precise cuts. The ergonomically shaped stainless steel handle is filled with sand to ensure optimal balance, and the characteristic dimples provide a secure, non-slip grip.

The Global G-50/B Chinese Chop Knife is part of the renowned G-Series from Global, known for its excellent craftsmanship and high quality. The knives in this series are popular with both professional and hobby chefs and are characterized by their exceptional sharpness and durability.

Please note that this knife is not suitable for chopping bones or frozen foods. To maintain the sharpness and longevity of the blade, it is recommended to clean the knife by hand and regularly sharpen it with a suitable whetstone.
