Details

If you are looking for a high-quality vegetable knife, the Global G-5 Nakiri with its 18 cm long blade is an excellent choice. This knife is specifically designed for precise vegetable cutting, allowing you to effortlessly slice fine pieces of onions, carrots, or cucumbers.

The blade is made of Cromova 18 steel, known for its hardness and corrosion resistance. With a hardness of 58±1 HRC, the edge remains sharp for a long time and is resistant to wear. The double-sided grind ensures a symmetrical edge, making it suitable for both right- and left-handed users.

The seamless transition between the blade and handle ensures hygienic handling and prevents dirt accumulation. The stainless steel handle is oval-shaped and filled with sand, providing optimal balance. The small, black lacquered indentations on the handle offer a secure grip even with wet hands.

With a blade height of 5.1 cm, the knife provides ample space for your knuckles, allowing you to handle it safely and comfortably. The lightweight design, at approximately 190 g, enables fatigue-free work even during longer cutting tasks.

Please note that the knife is not dishwasher safe. It should be cleaned under running water with mild detergent after use and then dried with a soft cloth. For storage, a knife block, magnetic strip, or knife case is recommended to protect the blade and maintain its sharpness.
