If you are looking for a high-quality knife for preparing sashimi and other delicate fish dishes, the Global G-15R Tako Sashimi Knife with a blade length of 30 cm is an excellent choice.

The blade of this knife is made from Cromova 18 steel, a special alloy known for its hardness and corrosion resistance. With a hardness of 58±1 HRC, it offers long-lasting sharpness and is still easy to resharpen. The single-edged blade allows for precise and clean cuts, ideal for preparing sashimi and other delicate fish dishes.

The ergonomically designed stainless steel handle is filled with sand to ensure optimal balance. The small, black lacquered indentations on the handle provide a secure grip, even with wet hands. The seamless transition between the blade and handle meets the highest hygiene standards and makes cleaning easier.

With the Global G-15R Tako Sashimi Knife, you can effortlessly cut ultra-thin slices of fish or meat without tearing or crushing the food. It is excellent for preparing sushi, sashimi, and other delicate fish dishes. Filleting fish is also precise and efficient with this knife.

Please note that this knife is not suitable for chopping bones or cutting frozen foods. For maintenance, it is recommended to clean the knife by hand after use and dry it immediately. A sharpening stone or ceramic honing rod should be used for resharpening.
