If you're looking for a versatile and precise kitchen knife, the Global G-101 Kiritsuke with a blade length of 24 cm is an excellent choice. This knife combines traditional Japanese blade shapes with modern design and is ideal for a variety of cutting tasks, whether finely slicing vegetables, filleting fish, or carving meat.

The blade is made of high-quality Cromova 18 steel, known for its hardness and corrosion resistance. With a hardness rating of 58 HRC, the edge stays sharp for a long time while remaining flexible enough to perform precise cuts. The double-sided grind makes it efficient for both right- and left-handed users.

A special feature of the G-101 is the seamless transition between blade and handle, which not only provides an attractive appearance but also improves hygiene since dirt particles cannot collect in seams. The ergonomically shaped stainless steel handle is sand-filled, providing optimal balance and making it easier to handle. The distinctive black dimples on the handle offer additional grip, even when your hands are wet.

With a blade height of 4.2 cm, the knife provides ample room for your knuckles, which increases safety while cutting. The blade thickness of 2.0 mm allows for precise and controlled cuts. The total weight of 195 g ensures comfortable handling without tiring the hand.
