This three-piece set includes the G-4 cleaver with an 18 cm blade length, the GS-110/AB kiritsuke knife with 15 cm, and the GS-58 chef's knife with 16 cm. Each of these knives is made from high-quality Cromova 18 steel, known for its hardness and corrosion resistance, which ensures long-lasting sharpness.

The knives of the G series are characterized by their stamped blades and the seamless transition to the stainless steel handle. This construction not only provides optimal balance but also hygienic handling, as there are no seams or joints where bacteria could accumulate. The handles are filled with sand to perfectly balance the weight and enable fatigue-free work.
