Your next culinary masterpiece begins with the de Buyer Alchimy saucepan. With a diameter of 16 cm and a capacity of 1.5 liters, it is perfect for preparing sauces, soups, or small braised dishes.

This pot is made from a three-layer multi-material: stainless steel outside, aluminum core, and magnetic stainless steel inside. This combination ensures fast and even heat distribution on all stovetops, including induction. The 2.3 mm thick wall ensures robustness and durability.

The straight shape with a rounded bottom makes stirring easier and prevents food from sticking. An outward-curved pouring rim enables precise pouring without dripping. The brushed exterior and matte interior give the pot an elegant appearance and are easy to maintain.

The ergonomic, securely riveted stainless steel handles provide a firm grip. Note that these handles do not have a thermal bridge and can become hot during extended cooking; therefore, it is advisable to use a kitchen towel or pot holder.
