Want to take your cooking skills to the next level? The de Buyer Alchimy glass lid with a 20 cm diameter is the ideal addition to your cookware. Made from durable safety glass and framed with a high-quality stainless steel rim, this lid not only offers longevity but also a clear view of your food while cooking. The screwed stainless steel knob ensures secure handling, even at high temperatures.

Thanks to its wide, deep rim, the lid fits perfectly on pots, saucepan pans, sautés, and most frying pans with the corresponding diameter. However, note that it is not suitable for Lyonnaise-style pans, as found for example in the Mineral B, Choc Resto, Alchimy, Affinity, Inocuivre, and Prima Matera ranges. Equipped with a steam vent, the lid allows controlled release of steam, which is particularly advantageous when steaming vegetables or braising meat.

Whether you’re preparing a hearty goulash or gently steaming vegetables, this lid supports you optimally. In addition, it is oven-safe up to 250°C and dishwasher-safe, making cleaning a breeze.
