Details

With the de Buyer Alchimy wok with a 32 cm diameter, you bring the versatility of Asian cuisine directly into your home. Whether you’re stir-frying crisp vegetables, sautéing tender pieces of meat or preparing aromatic curries – this wok is your ideal companion for healthy, low-fat cooking.

Made from a three-layer composite material consisting of stainless steel with an aluminum core, the wok ensures quick and even heat distribution. This enables precise cooking on all hob types, including induction. The 2.7 mm thick wall provides robustness and durability.

The brushed surface not only gives the wok an elegant look but is also particularly easy to care for. The high-arched, hollow stainless-steel handle in the French style stays pleasantly cool while cooking and offers ergonomic handling. Thanks to the conical shape with a pouring rim, you can pour liquids precisely without spilling.

With a capacity of 4.5 liters, the wok offers ample space for generous portions. After cooking, it is recommended to wash the wok by hand to preserve the quality and longevity of the material.
