Details

With the de Buyer Alchimy pan in a 28 cm diameter, you bring professional cooking quality to your kitchen. This uncoated pan is made from a three-layer composite: stainless steel on the outside, an aluminum core, and magnetic stainless steel on the inside. This construction ensures fast and even heat distribution on all cooktops, including induction, and allows precise temperature control.

The brushed surface of the pan is not only visually appealing but also particularly resistant to scratches and wear. With a wall thickness of 2.7 mm, it offers robustness and durability. The high-curved, riveted hollow stainless-steel handle in the French style fits comfortably in the hand and remains moderately warm during cooking. However, note that the stainless-steel handle has no thermal break; therefore it is advisable to have a kitchen towel nearby.

Whether you want to sear a juicy steak, gently cook vegetables, or prepare fish perfectly – the Alchimy pan supports you in a variety of cooking techniques. Its fast heating enables efficient work, while the even heat distribution ensures optimal cooking results. The fine surface milling also reduces food from sticking.

The pan is dishwasher-safe, however hand washing is recommended to maintain quality in the long term. With the de Buyer Alchimy pan you are investing in a high-quality cookware that will stand by you through numerous culinary adventures.
