Details

If you are looking for a versatile saucepan with a long handle that performs in both professional kitchens and at home, the de Buyer Alchimy saucepan with an 18 cm diameter and a 2.0 litre capacity is just right for you.

This saucepan is made from a three-layer multi-material: an aluminium core surrounded by an inner layer of 18/10 stainless steel and an outer layer of magnetic stainless steel. This construction allows for fast and even heat distribution so you can cook with precision. The wall thickness of 2.3 mm provides stability and durability.

The brushed exterior gives the saucepan a modern look and is also resistant to fingerprints and minor scratches. The interior surface is matt-finished, which reduces food sticking and makes cleaning easier. A practical pouring rim allows drip-free pouring of liquids.

The ergonomically designed hollow stainless steel handle is securely riveted and highly arched in the French style. This shape keeps the handle away from the heat source and minimizes heat transfer, so it remains pleasantly cool during cooking. Still, it is advisable to have a kitchen towel nearby for longer cooking times.

The de Buyer Alchimy saucepan is suitable for all types of cooktops, including induction, and can also be used in the oven. Whether you prepare sauces, steam vegetables, or cook small portions – this saucepan is a reliable companion in your kitchen.
