With the de Buyer Alchimy-Loqy 3-piece cookware set you bring professional quality into your kitchen. This set consists of three saucepan-style pots with diameters of 16 cm, 20 cm and 24 cm, made from high-quality, three-layer stainless steel multi-layer material. This construction ensures fast and even heat distribution, ideal for precise cooking and searing.

The Alchimy series is characterized by its brushed finish, which not only looks modern but is also resistant to scratches and fingerprints. The interior is satin-finished and features a practical volume scale in 0.5-liter increments, making precise measuring easier.

A special highlight is the Loqy system with removable handles. The pots are equipped with two permanently riveted stainless steel sockets to which you can attach either the removable Loqy long handle or the Loqy beechwood loop handles. This modular system allows you to stack the pots space-savingly and switch flexibly between different handle variants. Please note that the handles are not included and must be purchased separately.

The pots are suitable for all types of cooktops, including induction, and can be used in the oven without the removable handles. They are also dishwasher-safe, which makes cleaning easier. However, the removable long handle and loop handles are neither oven-safe nor dishwasher-safe and should be cleaned by hand.

Whether you want to prepare a delicate sauce, blanch vegetables, or sear meat – with this cookware set you are well equipped. The rapid heating and precise temperature control provide you with a top-level cooking experience.
