Details

If you are looking for a high-quality glass lid for your cookware, the de Buyer Alchimy glass lid with an 18 cm diameter is an excellent choice. This lid was specially designed for de Buyer's Alchimy and Affinity series and fits perfectly on pots, saucepans, and sauté pans with the corresponding diameter. Please note that it is not suitable for Lyonnaise-style frying pans.

The lid is made of durable safety glass set in a stainless steel rim and features a screwed stainless steel knob with the de Buyer logo. Thanks to the transparent glass surface, you can monitor the cooking process of your food at any time without having to lift the lid. An integrated steam vent provides controlled steam release and prevents boiling over.

With heat resistance up to 250°C, the lid is also suitable for use in the oven. This allows you, for example, to prepare braised dishes or casseroles that are cooked both on the stove and in the oven. After cooking, the lid can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher, saving you time and effort.

Whether you are preparing a hearty soup, an aromatic risotto, or a tender braised dish — the de Buyer Alchimy glass lid helps you achieve optimal cooking results. Its thoughtful design and high-quality materials make it an indispensable accessory in your kitchen.
