Details

With the de Buyer Alchimy-Loqy sauteuse in a conical shape with a 24 cm diameter, you get a versatile piece of cookware that is ideal for sautéing meat and vegetables. The conical shape makes it easier to toss ingredients and allows for even cooking.

The sauteuse is made from a three-layer multi-material composed of stainless steel and aluminum. This construction ensures fast and even heat distribution, which is especially advantageous for delicate dishes. The wall thickness of 2.3 mm provides stability and durability.

A special feature of the Alchimy-Loqy series is the removable handle system. With the separately available Loqy handle grips or the Loqy long handle, you can flexibly adapt the sauteuse to your needs. Without handles it is oven- and dishwasher-safe, which makes cleaning and storage easier. In addition, Loqy products are stackable and thus save space in your kitchen.

The brushed finish gives the sauteuse an elegant, professional appearance. An internal volume scale allows for precise work, especially when preparing sauces or risotto. The sauteuse is suitable for all hob types, including induction, thus offering maximum flexibility in the kitchen.

Whether you want to sear a juicy steak, gently cook vegetables, or reduce a fine sauce – with the de Buyer Alchimy-Loqy sauteuse you will consistently achieve optimal results.
