The de Buyer Alchimy braising pan with a 20 cm diameter and a 2.5 liter capacity is a versatile piece of cookware for your kitchen. Thanks to its three-layer construction of stainless steel and aluminum, it heats up quickly and distributes heat evenly. Whether you want to braise a hearty goulash or prepare a delicate sauce, this pot will support you reliably.

The straight shape with a rounded bottom and the outward-turned pouring rim make pouring and cleaning easier. The brushed exterior and the matte interior give the pot an elegant appearance.
