Details

If you're looking for a versatile brazier that performs well both in a professional kitchen and at home, the de Buyer Alchimy brazier with a 28 cm diameter and a 7.0 liter capacity is just right for you.

This pot is made from a three-layer composite: stainless steel exterior, aluminum core and magnetic stainless steel interior. This construction allows for extremely fast heating and even heat distribution on all stovetops, including induction. The 2.3 mm thick walls provide robustness and durability.

The brushed exterior and matte interior not only give the pot an elegant appearance but also make it particularly easy to care for. The outward-turned pouring rim makes it easier to pour liquids, while the rounded transitions at the base simplify stirring and cleaning.

The riveted stainless steel handles provide a secure grip. Note, however, that these handles do not have a thermal break and can become hot during cooking. It is therefore advisable to keep a kitchen towel or pot holder nearby.

Whether you want to braise a hearty goulash, prepare a rich soup, or gently steam vegetables – this brazier is your reliable partner in the kitchen.
