If you are looking for a high-quality saucepan with a long handle that performs equally well in professional kitchens and at home, the de Buyer Alchimy saucepan with a 14 cm diameter and a capacity of 1.0 liter is just right for you.

This saucepan is made from a three-layer multi-material: an aluminum core is sandwiched between an inner layer of 18/10 stainless steel and an outer layer of magnetic stainless steel. This construction enables fast and even heat distribution, giving you precise temperature control while cooking. The wall thickness of 2.3 mm provides robustness and durability.

The brushed exterior not only gives the saucepan an elegant appearance but is also resistant to fingerprints and minor scratches. The interior surface is satin-finished, which reduces food sticking and makes cleaning easier. A practical pouring rim allows drip-free pouring.

The high-arched, hollow stainless steel handle is ergonomically designed and firmly riveted. This French curve keeps the handle away from the heat source and ensures it only warms moderately during cooking. Nevertheless, it is advisable to keep a kitchen towel nearby during longer cooking times.

The de Buyer Alchimy saucepan is suitable for all types of stovetops, including induction, and can also be used in the oven. It is dishwasher-safe, although hand washing is recommended to maximize longevity.
