If you are looking for a high-quality saucepan with a long handle that performs well both in professional kitchens and at home, the de Buyer Alchimy saucepan with a 24 cm diameter and a 5.0 liter capacity is an excellent choice.

This saucepan is made from a three-layer multi-material construction: an aluminum core is sandwiched between an inner layer of 18/10 stainless steel and an outer layer of magnetic stainless steel. This design enables fast and even heat distribution, allowing your food to be cooked precisely. In addition, the material responds very quickly to temperature changes, giving you exact control while cooking.

The brushed finish not only gives the saucepan an elegant appearance but is also particularly easy to care for and resistant to fingerprints and minor scratches. The ergonomically shaped, high-arched hollow stainless steel handle is securely riveted and stays comfortably cool during cooking, making it easy to handle.

With a diameter of 24 cm and a capacity of 5.0 liters, this saucepan is ideal for preparing soups, stews, or larger portions of sauces. It is compatible with all types of stovetops, including induction, and can also be used in the oven. It is also dishwasher-safe, which makes cleaning up after cooking easier.

Please note that the stainless steel handles do not have a thermal break. It is therefore advisable to use a kitchen towel or pot holder when handling to avoid burns.
