Details

With the de Buyer Alchimy-Loqy Sauteuse in a 28 cm diameter, you bring professional culinary craftsmanship into your kitchen. This high-quality cookware is made from a three-layer composite material with an aluminum core that ensures fast and even heat distribution. Whether you're searing meat, sautéing vegetables, or reducing sauces – this sauteuse masters every task with flying colors.

The straight shape with a pouring rim allows precise pouring without drips. The fine surface milling on the interior reduces food sticking, so you need less fat and cleaning is easier. With a wall thickness of 2.3 mm, the sauteuse is robust and durable. The brushed exterior also gives it an elegant appearance.

A special highlight is the removable handle system of the Loqy series. The sauteuse has two handle attachments where you can fit either the Loqy loop handles or the long handle (both sold separately). This system enables space-saving storage and versatile use – from the hob straight into the oven or onto the table.

The sauteuse is suitable for all types of cooktops, including induction, and can also be used in the oven. Please note that the removable handles are not included and must be purchased separately. With a capacity of 4.5 liters, it offers enough room for larger portions and is therefore ideal for family meals or dinner parties.
