Details

With the de Buyer Alchimy sauté pan measuring 24 cm in diameter, you bring professional cooking into your kitchen. This sauté pan is made from a three-layer composite material: stainless steel exterior, aluminum core, and magnetic stainless steel interior. This combination ensures fast and even heat distribution, ideal for precise searing and sautéing of meat, vegetables, or for reducing sauces.

The straight sides with a pouring rim allow for drip-free pouring. The fine surface milling on the inside reduces food from sticking, which makes cleaning easier. With a wall thickness of 2.3 mm, the sauté pan is sturdy and durable. The brushed exterior gives it an elegant appearance, while the matte interior remains functional.

The high-curved, hollow stainless steel handle is designed in the French style and stands out among other pots and pans on the stove. It heats only moderately, so you can handle it safely while cooking. The sauté pan is suitable for all hob types, including induction, and can also be used in the oven. For longer durability, we recommend hand washing.

With a capacity of 3 liters, this sauté pan offers enough space for a variety of preparations. Whether you're stirring a delicate risotto, gently steaming vegetables, or reducing a flavorful sauce – the de Buyer Alchimy sauté pan reliably supports you in your culinary creations.
