Do you want to take your cooking skills to the next level? The de Buyer Alchimy glass lid with a 16 cm diameter and stainless steel knob is the ideal addition to your cookware. This domed lid was specially designed for the Alchimy and Affinity series and fits perfectly on pots, saucepan-pans and saute pans with the corresponding diameter. Thanks to its deep rim, it seals optimally with the pouring edges of these collections, enabling efficient cooking.

Made from durable safety glass set in a stainless steel rim, the lid not only provides stability but also a clear view of your food while cooking. The screwed stainless steel knob ensures safe handling and gives the lid an elegant design. An integrated steam vent also prevents boiling over and allows precise control of the cooking process.

Whether you want to gently steam vegetables or let sauces simmer slowly, this lid helps you achieve optimal results. It is also oven-safe up to 250°C, so you can finish cooking or keep dishes warm in the oven. After cooking, the lid can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher, saving you time and effort.

Please note that this lid is not suitable for Lyonnaise-shaped pans, such as those found in the Mineral B, Choc Resto, Alchimy, Affinity, Inocuivre and Prima Matera series. For these special pans, it is advisable to use suitable universal lids.
