If you are looking for a versatile roasting pot that is ideal both for searing and for continuing to cook with liquid, the de Buyer Alchimy roasting pot with a 28 cm diameter and 3.8 liters capacity is just right for you.

This shallow roaster from the Alchimy series is made from a three-layer multi-material: stainless steel, aluminum and magnetic stainless steel. This combination provides rapid heating and even heat distribution, which is particularly advantageous when preparing braised dishes or sliced meats. The straight side walls with a rounded bottom and the outward‑turned pouring rim make stirring and pouring easier.

With a wall thickness of 2.3 mm, a brushed exterior and a matte interior, the roasting pot is convincing both aesthetically and functionally. The fine surface milling on the inside reduces food sticking, which makes cleaning easier. The riveted stainless steel handles provide a secure grip and remain pleasantly cool during cooking.

Whether you want to prepare a hearty goulash, reduce a rich pasta sauce or gently braise vegetables — this roasting pot is suitable for a wide variety of dishes. In addition, it is suitable for all types of stovetops, including induction, as well as for the oven and is dishwasher safe, making handling and care easier for you.
