Details

With the de Buyer Alchimy sauté pan, 28 cm in diameter, you bring professional cooking to your kitchen. This straight-sided sauté pan from the Alchimy series impresses with its three-layer construction of stainless steel and aluminum, which ensures fast and even heat distribution. This allows you to effortlessly prepare sautéed vegetable dishes, perfectly seared meat, or reduced sauces.

The brushed finish not only gives the sauté pan an elegant appearance but is also particularly easy to care for. The high, hollow stainless-steel handle in the French style is securely riveted and stays pleasantly cool during cooking, making it easier to handle. Thanks to the pouring rim, you can pour liquids precisely without dripping.

With a wall thickness of 2.7 mm and a capacity of 4.5 liters, the sauté pan offers enough space for larger portions. It is suitable for all types of stovetops, including induction, and can also be used in the oven. The fine surface milling on the inside reduces food from sticking, so you need less fat and cleaning becomes easier.
